Honoring the bright spots in our community.

What is a Bright Spot?

It depends.

At Hōkūpa‘a, we like to recognize and honor those that work to “move the needle” on the big issues. A Bright Spot can be a person, organization, event, program, project, artwork, or anything else that makes a positive impact in the education, wellbeing, or community connection of West Hawaiʻi young people.

Know of a Bright Spot? We’d like to hear about them, and potentially share about it on our website.

Highlighting the work being done in our community amplifies the good and creates opportunities for further connection and collaboration.
