Bright Spots: Stories of Impact

Featured Event:
First Annual HI-PAL Keiki Fun Run/Walk

Hawai‘i Police Department’s Kona Community Policing Section, in collaboration with the Hawai‘i Island Police Activities League (HI-PAL), is holding the first-ever Keiki Fun Run/Walk in Kona this Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 7 - 9:30am at the West Hawaiʻi Civic Center Gazebo. Registration opens at 7, and the run will be from 7:30-9:30am.
Keiki can compete in three age groups and events, including:

1.      Ages 5-8: 200-yard dash course (family are welcome to accompany their child) 

2.      Ages 9-12: half-mile course

3.      Ages 13-17: one-mile course 

Refreshments, snacks, and medals provided!
